How Shipping Works
Order Confirmation
You'll receive an email confirmation with your order details within minutes of placing your order.
Preparation & Shipping
Your sauna is inspected, carefully packaged, and shipped. You'll receive tracking information via email.
Delivery
The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery. Inspect the packaging upon arrival and note any damage.
Important Shipping Notes
- •All saunas ship via freight carrier. Someone must be present to accept delivery.
- •Inspect all packaging before signing. Note any visible damage on the delivery receipt.
- •Remote or hard-to-access locations may have additional delivery considerations — contact us to confirm.
- •We ship to the continental United States and Canada. Contact us for Alaska, Hawaii, or international shipping.
Returns & Refunds
30-Day Return Policy
Uninstalled saunas in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items that arrive damaged or defective are repaired, replaced, or refunded at no cost to you under the manufacturer warranty.
How to Return
Contact Us
Email support@premiumsaunashop.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
Get Return Authorization
We'll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide instructions for return shipping.
Ship It Back
Pack the sauna in its original packaging. We'll help you coordinate freight shipping back to the manufacturer.
Receive Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Return Conditions
- ✓Return must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
- ✓Sauna must be uninstalled and in original, resalable condition
- ✓Original packaging should be used for return shipping
- ✓Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (typically $200-$400 for freight)
- ✓Damaged or defective products are returned at our expense
