- Normal wear and tear, including natural wood aging and color changes
- Damage caused by improper use, modification, or failure to follow care instructions
- Damage from power surges, flooding, or other natural events
- Cosmetic imperfections that don't affect functionality
- Commercial use (warranty covers residential use only)
- Relocation damage — warranty covers the original installation location
How to File a Warranty Claim
Document the Issue
Take photos or video of the problem. Note your order number, product model, and when the issue started.
Contact Our Support Team
Email support@premiumsaunashop.com with your documentation. Include "Warranty Claim" in the subject line.
Assessment
Our team will review your claim within 2-3 business days. We may request additional information or photos.
Resolution
Approved claims are resolved with replacement parts shipped free of charge. In rare cases, we may arrange a full unit replacement.
Warranty Terms
The warranty period begins on the date of delivery and covers the original purchaser only. The warranty is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all claims.
Premium Saunas reserves the right to repair or replace defective components at our discretion. Replacement parts may be new or refurbished and are warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights as a consumer.
